Refund & Returns
- At Taz Ayurveda (OHMAIN™), we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide the best quality products. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order.
- We follow a strict quality check process before shipping any product. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proper proof (images or videos) for review.
- Refund or replacement requests will only be accepted if the product is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our return eligibility criteria. Any used or opened product will not be eligible for return or refund.
- Once your return request is approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup (if available in your area) or guide you through the return process. After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
- Please note that shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. COD orders may also require additional verification before refund approval.
- We reserve the right to reject refund or return requests if the product does not meet our policy conditions or if the issue is not reported within the specified time frame.
