At Taz Ayurveda (OHMAIN™), we are committed to delivering your products safely, quickly, and reliably across India. All orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and are packed and handed over to our trusted courier partners for delivery.

We aim to deliver orders within 2–4 working days in metro cities, 3–7 working days in other cities, and remote locations may take slightly longer depending on courier service availability. Delivery time may vary due to weather conditions, holidays, or unforeseen delays.

Shipping charges may be free on selected offers, otherwise applicable charges will be shown at checkout depending on location and order value. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on selected pin codes only, and some orders may require advance payment depending on courier rules.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS or email to track your order in real time. After dispatch, delivery is handled by courier partners, and while we ensure safe shipping, delays caused by logistics are beyond our control.
